Bagasse is the fibrous remains of sugarcane stalk after extraction of the juice or sugar production. Bagasse is naturally fermented, decomposing for an aromatic, sweet taste like honey.

Fermented Bagasse is an available ingredient, inexpensive, guaranteed nutrition, and has a long storage time.

  • As animal feed, especially for the dairy cows
